The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing social media, content marketing, and online and mobile banner campaigns. An emphasis on extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of clients is a must.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
The SEO Specialist is responsible for understanding the architecture, design, development and maintenance for innovative, engaging and informative sites.
The SEO Specialist reports directly to the SEO Manager.
+Perform technical site audit to ensure site is search engine friendly for desktop and mobile.
The SEM Specialist is responsible for creating and managing Pay Per Click media strategies specifically for the multifamily industry. The SEM Specialist can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. An emphasis on extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of clients is a must.
The SEM Specialist reports to the SEM Manager.
LeaseLabs is currently hiring for a full-time Client Success Specialist. We are a growing agency located in Old Town, with a team of people committed to growing and expanding our company. We are currently looking for new players to join our team and contribute to the marketing/advertising needs of our diverse clients in an engaging, professional, fun and fast-paced environment. The Client Success Specialist is responsible for delivering support to the Client Success team and to contribute to the completion of work, overall productivity, and maximize our ability to achieve goals.
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for uploading website content (text, images, code snippets) into our content management system, setting up product accounts, communicating with outside vendors to troubleshoot and setup website integrations, and completing ongoing day-to-day customer service requests through our ticketing system.
The Implementation Coordinator should have a general understanding of content management systems and web development concepts. Having basic HTML experience is a plus. The Implementation Coordinator will report to the Client Operations Manager.
The Graphic Designer will have an essential role in supporting the creative development of design work, with a heavy emphasis creating graphics for our e-commerce vertical.
Working under the direction of the Art Director and Senior Designer, the designer serves in interpreting, conceptualizing, and executing designs across multi-channel platforms. We’re looking for a creative, conceptual problem solver, with excellent design abilities and strong attention to detail. This candidate will have the necessary skills to work within established brand standards and apply them the various collateral pieces and mediums.
The Web-to-Print Specialist is responsible for completing the ongoing day-to-day product setup and support for LeaseLabs/Restaurant Marketing Labs.This position is also responsible for coordinating custom product uploads requested by clients and the Account Services team.
This position consists of both internal and client facing communication as this position does contact clients directly and engage on product understanding and usage.
The Web-to-Print Specialist reports to the Web-to-Print eCommerce Manager.
LeaseLabs is currently hiring a full-time eCommerce Manager.
The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing eCommerce functions to achieve growth objectives and sales goals. The role will manage the ongoing customer experience across all digital devices and platforms. The ideal candidate must be passionate, possess strong project management skills and a good understanding of eCommerce processes.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional value to our clients. The PM will be responsible for managing several concurrent projects using Agile methods in a fast-paced environment.
This position reports directly to the Manager of Project Management.
The Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for the full development life cycle of front-end client website projects, from development kickoff to QA release. Assist with definition and implementation of documentation standards and best practices. Communication with internal team members to develop technical solutions which meet client needs.
This position reports directly to the Web Development Manager.

The Ruby on Rails engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining SaaS products, custom APIs and micro-services at scale. The primary focus of this position will be development of all server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This position will also be responsible for integrating front-end elements into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is also necessary.
This position will report to the Cloud Engineer.
