As a Digital Producer, you will manage marketing campaigns and content production through the different phases of conceptualization and content strategy through to implementation and integration. You will drive production activities through effective planning, prioritization, coordination and resource allocation to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are satisfied. Digital producer will conceptualize internal marketing campaigns for ZO Agency, LeaseLabs, and Restaurant Marketing Labs, as well as all retainer clients contracted for premium content campaigns (ie video production, infographics, eBooks, etc).
We are looking for a Producer who is digitally savvy and obsessive about details and results. We need an active leader who can roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with all projects.
The SEO Specialist is responsible for understanding the architecture, design, development and maintenance for innovative, engaging and informative sites.
The SEO Specialist reports directly to the SEO Manager.
As an Account Supervisor at LeaseLabs, your position is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of a client base that is looking for a seasoned professional and demands a high level of quality and customer service. This position will manage the relationships with clients, provide strategic marketing direction, and create profitable results for the organization. This client base has marketing needs that require extensive consulting and strategic advisory. Additionally, the Account Supervisors are responsible for up to 4 direct reports comprised of Account Managers and Account Coordinators.
This position reports directly to the AVP of Account Services.
The Account Coordinator supports the Account Services team with day-to-day account management tasks for client services, website development, branding and print collateral projects, and other digital marketing services offered by LeaseLabs. The Account Coordinator also manages their own assigned clients, seeing projects through from contract signature to launch.
The Account Coordinator position reports to the Account Supervisor.
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for overseeing social media and social advertising campaigns. An emphasis on extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of clients is a must.
The Social Media Coordinator reports to the Digital Advertising Manager.
The Brand Coordinator supports the Brand Strategist team with day-to-day project management tasks for client services, branding and print collateral projects, and other creative marketing services offered by LeaseLabs.
The Brand Coordinator also manages their own assigned projects, seeing projects through from design to final approval.
The Brand Coordinator reports to the Brand Strategist.

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for uploading website content (text, images, code snippets) into our content management system, setting up product accounts, communicating with outside vendors to troubleshoot and setup website integrations, and completing ongoing day-to-day customer service requests through our ticketing system.

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing eCommerce functions to achieve growth objectives and sales goals. The role will manage the ongoing customer experience across all digital devices and platforms. The ideal candidate must be passionate, possess strong project management skills and a good understanding of eCommerce processes.
LeaseLabs is currently hiring a full-time Technical Writer. The Technical Writer is responsible for the accurate creation, implementation and maintenance of SOP's for all departments within the company, as well as creating how to's and guides for products created by the company.
This position prepares instruction manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily. They also develop, gather and disseminate technical information among all departments and works in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive, detail
The Ruby on Rails engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining SaaS products, custom APIs and micro-services at scale. The primary focus of this position will be development of all server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This position will also be responsible for integrating front-end elements into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is also necessary.
This position will report to the Cloud Engineer.
